Group event search is fragmented. Organisers repeat the same brief across venue websites, inboxes and spreadsheets, then compare incomplete information by hand.
What Groupbooka does now
Groupbooka turns an event brief into relevant experiences and explains why they may fit. Host-managed listings can receive structured enquiries directly. Discovery listings use public information and continue to the provider’s own website; their pricing and availability need confirmation.
Where we’re going
We’re building towards agent-to-agent booking. An organiser’s discovery agent will understand the brief, headcount, budget and preferences to find appropriate experiences. A venue or experience provider’s sales agent will respond using supplier-controlled packages, pricing, availability and booking rules. Within the permissions each side sets, these agents will work together to move from discovery and coordination towards a confirmed booking.
