About Groupbooka

Groupbooka is a place to find and compare group experiences in London — private dining rooms, team activities, Christmas parties, boat hire, workshops and offsites — in one list rather than across twenty browser tabs.

We are a small, independent team based in London. We started Groupbooka because organising anything for a group of ten or a hundred people still means emailing venues one at a time and waiting. Our job is to make the shortlist quick and the details honest: what a place is suited to, how many people it takes, and the typical spend where the host has published it.

Most listings today are discovery listings: we have gathered public information so you can compare, and we send you to the host's own website to make contact. When a host claims their listing, they take over the details and receive briefs directly — with your date, group size and budget already filled in.

We do not claim to have vetted every venue, and we do not invent prices. Instant booking through Groupbooka is coming; until then we are the fastest way to find the right place and get in touch with whoever runs it.
