Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms govern the listing of experiences on Groupbooka and the handling of bookings placed through the Platform.

1. Listing standards

Listings must be accurate, current and reflect the actual experience offered. Misleading content may be removed.

2. Commission

Groupbooka charges a commission on the total value of confirmed bookings (standard rate 15%, configurable per vendor). Groupbooka absorbs ordinary card and payment-processing costs out of that commission, and customers are not charged an additional booking or card fee. Commission is deducted automatically from the deposit via Stripe Connect; the balance is paid out to your connected account. You remain responsible for the VAT/tax treatment of the underlying booking.

3. Stripe Connect

To accept deposits, you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding. Until onboarding is complete, Groupbooka may collect deposits on your behalf and remit them manually, less commission.

4. Response time

Quotes should be issued within 24 hours of a request. Persistent non-response may result in listing suspension.

5. Anti-circumvention

You agree to process all bookings introduced by Groupbooka through the Platform for a period of 12 months. Off-platform repeat bookings with the same buyer within that period are subject to the standard commission.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation policies are set per listing. Disputes are mediated by Groupbooka in line with the published refund framework.
