Common questions
What does it cost to list?
Creating an account and listing your venue or experience is free. No card or bank details are needed to create and submit your listing.
Can I list more than one activity?
Yes. Add a booking option for each way organisers can book, such as Private Dining, Social Pool or Team Activities. Each option can have its own group size, inclusions and pricing.
What if I don't have fixed prices?
Choose Price on request and add a short explanation of what affects the quote. Organisers can still enquire with their date, group size and budget.
What happens after I submit?
The Groupbooka team reviews your listing before it appears publicly. Once approved, organisers can discover it and send enquiries directly to you. Booking, payment and payout setup are only requested when those features apply to your account.
