Groupbooka lists group experiences so that people planning a dinner, an offsite or a celebration can find them. Some listings are created by the venue itself. Others start as directory entries we compile from publicly available information, so that the venue is findable before it has claimed its page.
Where listing photography comes from
Where a photo on a directory listing came from the venue's own website, we credit the source underneath the image and link back to the venue. We host a resized copy so the page loads reliably, rather than serving the file from the venue's own servers. We do not claim ownership of that photography and we are not passing it off as ours — the purpose of the listing is to send enquiries and bookings to the venue.
Removing an image or a listing
If you are the venue, the photographer, or the rights holder and you would rather we did not use an image or a description, email us and we will remove it. You do not need to prove anything, fill in a form, or explain why.
Please include the listing name or link, and say whether you want us to:
- remove a specific image (we replace it with a plain branded placeholder),
- remove the description or other text,
- or remove the whole listing from Groupbooka.
What happens next
We action removal requests within two working days and confirm by email once done. Removing a listing does not stop you claiming it later if you change your mind — email the same address and we will restore or hand over the page.
Corrections
If something on a listing is simply wrong — the capacity, the pricing, the name — tell us at the same address and we will correct it, or give you control of the page so you can keep it accurate yourself.
