This Privacy Policy explains how Groupbooka ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal data when you use the Platform.

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, company.
• Booking data: event details, guest count, preferences, payment metadata.
• Usage data: pages viewed, listings saved, device and browser metadata.

2. How we use it

To operate the marketplace, route requests to Vendors, process payments via Stripe, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

Once a deposit is paid, your contact details are shared with the relevant Vendor to coordinate the booking. We share data with processors (Stripe, hosting, analytics) under strict contractual safeguards.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@groupbooka.com. We aim to respond within one working day and in any case within one month.

5. Retention

We retain booking records for as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
