What to expect
Birdsong is chef Christopher Bleidorn's two-Michelin-star SoMa restaurant, celebrating American heritage cuisine through live-fire cooking and whole seasonal ingredients. Groups book the intimate Starling room (5–10), the larger Merlin room (10–20 seated, 30 standing) or a full buyout for up to 35 seated or 45 standing, all served as multi-course tasting menus.
