La Scuola is Eataly's cooking school inside its flagship Flatiron marketplace, offering hands-on workshops, demonstrations, lectures and wine-and-cheese tastings led by resident chefs and beverage experts. Classes range from fresh pasta making to regional Italian menus, often paired with wine and sometimes a guided market tour. Private classes can be arranged for corporate groups and celebrations.
